Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 7, 2026
This policy is maintained by Peralta Concrete Redimix ("Mr. Redimix", "we", "us") and describes how we handle information on our public website and in our internal dispatch, scheduling, and driver platform. It is our own statement of practice — it is not a certification and does not replace legal advice.
Who This Covers
This policy applies to three groups of people:
- Customers who request quotes, place orders, or receive deliveries.
- Employees and drivers who use the dispatch platform, clock in, and log truck runs.
- Job applicants who submit an employment application through our site.
Information We Collect
Customer information. Name, company, phone number, email address, billing and job-site addresses, quote and order details (yardage, PSI, aggregate, additives, pump requests), pricing, payment terms, delivery history, and any notes our staff add to your account.
Employee and driver information. Account profile and role, work schedules and shifts, clock-in and clock-out records, timesheet reports, truck and crew assignments, load-log milestone timestamps (loading, left yard, on site, pouring, wash out, back at yard) together with the name of the person who recorded each timestamp, checklist completions, notes, announcement reads and reactions, and inventory actions.
Location information. When you clock in from the field, we check your device location against our yard at 3567 State Highway 47, Peralta, NM 87042 within an approximately 450-foot radius to confirm on-site presence. Where truck tracking is enabled, we collect periodic vehicle location pings during active runs to estimate arrival times and show live status to dispatch. Location is collected only while the app is in use for these work purposes, and stale pings are not retained on the live map.
Applicant information. Contact details, work history and answers you provide, uploaded identification and medical card images, the last six digits of your Social Security number, and your background-check authorization along with the date and time you gave it.
Technical information. Basic device and browser data, sign-in events, language preference (English/Spanish), and local storage used to keep you signed in and remember interface preferences.
Sign-In and Passkeys
Accounts sign in with an email and password, a Google account, or a device passkey (Face ID, Touch ID, or Windows Hello). Passkeys are handled by your device: your face, fingerprint, or PIN never leaves your device and is never sent to or stored by us. We store only the public key and device label needed to verify the sign-in.
New accounts must be approved by an administrator before they can access the platform.
How We Use Information
- Quote, schedule, batch, dispatch, and deliver concrete orders.
- Split orders into truck loads, plan routes, and communicate estimated arrival times.
- Verify on-site clock-ins, build schedules, and produce timesheet and payroll reports.
- Track material and additive inventory consumption and reorder needs.
- Send order, schedule, reminder, and announcement notifications.
- Evaluate employment applications and, with your authorization, run background checks.
- Invoice, collect payment, keep business records, and improve our service.
Automated Tools and AI
We use third-party mapping and routing services to calculate routes and arrival times, and AI-assisted tools to suggest efficient delivery sequences. These tools support decisions made by our dispatch staff; they do not make employment decisions.
How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the people and providers who need it to do the work: our own dispatchers, drivers, and administrators (limited by role); our hosting, database, mapping, notification, and payment providers; a background-check provider when you have authorized one; and government or legal authorities when required by law.
Drivers see only the runs and information assigned to them. Customer account details, pricing, applicant documents, and employee records are restricted to authorized administrators.
Security
Data is stored in access-controlled cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit, row-level access rules by role, administrator approval for new accounts, and restricted access to sensitive records such as applicant documents and partial Social Security numbers. No system can be guaranteed perfectly secure, but access is limited to what each role needs.
Retention
We keep order, delivery, timesheet, and inventory records as long as needed for business, tax, and legal purposes. Applicant documents are kept for the hiring cycle and for the period required by applicable law, then removed. Live truck location pings are short-lived and used only for the run in progress.
Your Choices and Rights
- Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information.
- Turn off browser notifications and location permission in your device settings — note that clock-in and truck tracking features require location to work.
- Remove an enrolled passkey device at any time from Settings.
- Ask what applicant information we hold and request its removal after a hiring decision.
